Multnomah County Sheriff’s Public Information Officer Lt. Mary Lindstrand confirms that search and rescue teams from eight Portland-area agencies are conducting a search on Sauvie Island for Kyron Horman, the 8-year-old boy who went missing after being dropped off at Skyline Elementary School on June 4.
Lindstrand stressed that this search “is not the result of any new leads but the sheriff’s desire to be thorough in their investigation.”
Once again, they are claiming Terri Horman was on Sauvie Island on june 4:
In June The Willamette Week newspaper, citing anonymous police sources, reported that cell phone records show Terri Horman was on the island June 4.There are no cell phone towers on Sauvie Island. This was researched using the FCC database as well as being confirmed by local residents. Terri's cell phone likely showed that she was close to Sauvie Island on the HWY 30 that runs past it or was a phantom ping which occurs in areas that have poor cell phone coverage.
